1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using KindTalk, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account password
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

3. Voice Recordings & Content

Ownership: You retain ownership of all voice recordings you upload. However, by uploading content, you grant KindTalk a license to host, store, and process your content to provide our services.

Content Guidelines: You agree not to upload content that:

Violates any laws or regulations
Infringes on others' intellectual property rights
Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats
Promotes violence or illegal activities
Contains explicit, offensive, or inappropriate content
Impersonates others or misrepresents your identity

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

Pricing: KindTalk offers a monthly subscription plan with a 5-day free trial:

Free Trial: 5 days to explore all features
Monthly Plan: ₹300/month after trial ends

Payment Terms:

Payments are processed through Razorpay
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
Refunds are subject to our refund policy

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your paid period. Refunds may be issued within 7 days of initial purchase, subject to review.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

Use KindTalk for illegal purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt our services
Scrape or harvest content without permission
Spam or harass other users
Upload viruses or malicious code

8. Buddy Friend AI Feature

Our AI Buddy provides personalized guidance and support. You acknowledge that:

AI responses are for informational purposes only
AI advice does not replace professional counseling
You use AI features at your own discretion

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of KindTalk are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

KindTalk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of KindTalk.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KindTalk from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your use of our services
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of others' rights

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of KindTalk after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.
